書寫繪畫有益健康

能畫畫寫寫,是一種快樂,在寫或畫的過程裏,雙腿穩、胸背直、肘懸空、腕轉運、手指動、眼聚神,整個人處於養氣練功,修性健康的享受中

每個人在生活中難免有許多無奈!但通過繪畫或書寫,可得以緩和。當纏綿在中國畫筆墨粗細濃淡、色彩的青紅赭黃、書法的逶迤挺拔之中,心靈即會拋開陰霾邁向春天,看到美好的明天,沐浴在溫暖的陽光下。

用創作抒發所感,調整內心的哲理。使自巳的意境新詭異,瀟洒飄逸,喚起觀眾共鳴!

The Arts – Therapy in daily life

 

Able to write and paint is a kind of happiness.  In the process of writing or painting, the person has to make sure his legs steady, chest and back straight, elbow up, wrist flexible, fingers moving, eyes concentrated. The state of his/her body is similar to that of meditation. The person should enjoy the peacefulness and happiness.

 

Everyone will inevitably face difficulties and pressure in life. Through painting or writing, the person can ease his tension and pressure in life. When a person is immersed in his Chinese paintings and writings, the person will forget his bad feelings and will be hopeful about tomorrow. He will feel like taking a relaxed bath in the warm sunshine.

 

I create art works to express my ideology. During the process of creation, I continue to think and adjust my ideology so that the expression style is fresh, elegant, touching and able to arouse audience.
